This training will provide robotic coding education to students aged 8-12 who have received basic level robotics training, in accordance with the principle of learning by doing within the framework of pedagogical principles. Within this scope, in addition to increasing students' motor skills and improving their hand-finger coordination through robot construction workshop applications, it is aimed to provide additional cognitive competencies with computer-based coding lessons. Trainings will be given with MRT STEAM robots for the 8-12 age group. Students who have received basic level robotics training to grasp coding as a software language will not only have the opportunity for age-appropriate education but will also spend their 32-hour course spread over a month in a fun way. In addition, children; By receiving training in the laboratories and workshops where technicians and engineers are trained, they will experience the excitement of being a university student at an early age and will become familiar with the campus environment.
Program Output After the 32-hour robotic coding training, students will be presented with a certificate of participation approved by Marmara University Continuing Education Center.
Program Prerequisite Having basic level robotics training and being between the ages of 8-12 (Depending on the application status, students will be divided into classes with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 people within their age groups)
