How to get HES Code for Foreigners in Turkey

(1) HES Code for Foreigners with Turkish Residency ID

People with Turkish Residency ID number that starts with 97, 98, 99; can get the HES Code by sending a SMS to 2023 with the following information and should be written respectively in this pattern:

HES (blank) Turkish Residency ID No. (blank) year of birth (blank) number of days you need the code valid for

For example: HES 99112233445 1980 45

The last number is for validity, 45 days or 90 days or you can leave it blank for 1 year validity.

(2) How to get HES code for Foreigners with Passport

Foreigners with passport and entry visas can get the HES Code by sending a SMS to 2023 with the following information and should be written respectively in this pattern:

HES (blank) nationality (blank) passport number (blank) year of birth (blank) surname

For example: HES AZE 112233445 1980 BRAVO
